This is a new vintage creation: The lady where I buy a lot of vintage from made this herself using old charms and chains. It's a one-off. The big red and black hearts are solid dangling from silver-plated rings. the chain is also solid and closes with a classic silver clasp in the neck. The hearts clicker together making sounds like marbles - as a friend likes to say 'the necklace sings'.
